With our years of experience, we know we are probably one of the best in the area.
we only use quality material for our chair covers and sashes. Because we are so reasonable with our hire rates
you would expect low quality material. Well let me put your mind at rest we ONLY use good quality material and you are more than welcome to see a sample of either chair cover or sash.

When did Crystal Chair Covers start to trade?
Crystal Chair Covers was born in 2000 by Donna
Over the years our business has grown to what it is today and
We listen to what our customers want if we can not source something then we are pretty
confident that we know who can. Just ask!
What makes Crystal Chair Covers products different from the competition?
We probably use the same material as our competition, but we don't charge a fortune to hire our products
we believe that you should get good quality products and not pay the earth for them
What sash colours are available?
Sage Green, Baby pink, Hot pink, Red, Claret, Gold, Silver, Lilac,
White, Sky blue, Brown, Black, Navy blue, Aqua and Purple. We can get any colour you require

Which areas do you serve?
We concentrate on providing a first class service to all venues that
fall within the counties of Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Humberside
Doncaster and Cornwall.
We can however cover more area's but a small charge for extra mileage will be incured
Do you have Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
Yes we have 1 million pounds worth of PLI and in most cases if your venue needs it to be
more we can change it with a phone call to our insurance company AXA,
all our electrical equipment has also been Portable Appliance Tested (PAT),
certificates are avialable on request and will be sent to your chosen venue
Will Crystal Chair Covers fit the covers or do we need to fit the covers ourselves?
Crystal Chair Covers will deliver and dress every chair
We also ask a member of the managment to take a look at the room before we leave
and ask them to sign a form stating that everything is fine
Are we required to pay a damage deposit?
We do not require a damage bond as our contract covers this.
Do we need to do anything with the covers after they have been used?
After we have dressed your chairs we shall speak with your venue and
ask the staff to store all hired items ready for us to collect the
next day.
We have not yet finalised our numbers so we are not sure on exactly how
many chair covers we will need to hire.
Not a problem as long as we know the required amount at least 4 weeks prior to you wedding date
we may not be able to wait that long if we have to make the covers for you
When will you send our final invoice?
We will contact you 4 weeks before your event for final payment
Is VAT applicable to the hire prices?
No
What method of payments do you accept?
We can take cards over the phone, cheque, bank transfer
I'm not sure about the dimensions of the chairs at our venue?
That is not a problem as we will go to your venue and measure the chair
if we have not already dressed the venue. Most other companies rely on you to give them the dimensions and then pass on the blame to you if they are not right. WE DONT We want to ensure a snug fit so we visit your venue and take our chair covers. If the chair covers have to be altered we do this FREE of charge. We also offer a bespoke service where we will make the chair covers if your venue have unusual chairs at NO extra cost to you (please note that we will need at least3 months notice)
Do you charge to visit the venue?
If we need to visit your venue (if its the first time we have dressed the venue) the first visit to your venue is FREE. If you ask us to visit your venue after this we will have to make a small charge for fuel only, but you will be notified of this charge before we go. There are NO hidden charges for dressing the venue
Do we need to send our £50 deposit with our booking form?
Yes please as this secures your date or you can make a card payment over the phone
Will we receive a receipt for our deposit?
Yes we always send a receipt
Do you have a showroom for us to visit?
Our showroom will be available very soon, but in the mean time we can send you a sample.
Do you only do weddings?
NO we have also done proms, birthdays and charity events.
We are also available to do charity events but we do limit how many we do
How do we know that Crystal Chair Covers offer a reliable service?
We have done thousands of wedding from Cornwall to Grimsby, and we have testimonials and pictures to show our work of.
